After dining at the nearby Italian restaurant and grabbing an ice cream from the shop across the street, we came here for a walk with our dogs. It was such a pleasant surprise to find a park like this less than a five-minute walk away. The wide green lawn stretched generously and felt wonderfully serene and spacious. It’s definitely a place worth recommending.

Beautiful park. Plenty of grass on a slight slope with trees for shade. Only draw back is some homeless people hanging out and there is no bathroom. Still a favorite park of mine.

It's a nice and beautiful park. It does not have many trailing paths but is still a great spot to relax and exercise. 🙂

This is a true community treasure. Live music, kids playing, River House uses it for tree climbing camps, picnics, BBQs, university students, families. Love this place. You can usually find street parking unless there's an event. In which case, ride your bike!

I just love this park so much. It's never too busy, but it's absolutely gorgeous and there is always good people and dog watching! If you want a nice place to relax in the sun come here.
