Well maintained and plenty of shade. Nice areas to relax

Great neighborhood pond, with a walking path around the pond. Great spot to sit and enjoy the fountain and quiet. Fishing opportunities are there for those interested catching bass, catfish, crappie and perch.

Waterford Oaks Park is a beautiful place to trail walk, relax by the lake, walk the dog, take pictures, have a nice cozy barbeque with your spouse or that special someone. Absolutely beautiful!

Banks too steep, easy to fall in. Too many weeds along bank, fishing is very difficult.

Nice community neighborhood and park that you can bring your family to. The park is well kept with little trash littered in or around the water.
