Good for rest on the ground maybe play some games with the ball. For chill out is the best thing that you can do. No restroom at the place so go on the toilet before you leave. The very pretty fountain is around there both pineapple one as well as the normal one. If you will be lucky as I was you might spot some dolphins.

What a nice place to rest your weary bones. It was cloudy and February so the atmosphere was perfect for that time. I can image in the summer how wonderful to tuck under the trees and take a break from the summer heat. My only complaint, while there are ample benches to be seated on, they could all use a scrubbing or replacement.

A great view of Charleston bay, public Pier and many attractions by the waterfront in historic city center of Charleston. Open to public and offers many scenic photo opportunities. Also close to many shops and eateries within walking distance. The public garage for parking is just few minutes walk from here. The clear view of Fort Sumter and USS Yorktown II aircraft carrier from this location is fantastic.

Couldn’t take many photos because my phone ran out of battery during the walk, but it’s such a beautiful place to stroll with a dog. Lots of people were running, walking, and biking while enjoying the scenery. I was worried the weather might be cloudy, but thankfully it cleared up, even though it was quite windy. The Pineapple Fountain wasn’t as big as I expected, but it was still worth seeing. I didn’t want to wait in line, so I took a photo from the other side, haha. The tree-shaded areas and piers were beautiful, and the vast wetlands with ocean views were stunning! Since it was Sunday, parking was free.

What can I say it's a fountain? And it works, it does have a nice view and surroundings. It's hard to get a very outstanding picture. Because there are so many other people standing around, and the only reason why I actually stopped is because my wife was all excited about seeing it. Period if you go, you'll feel safe.Everything's clean, just straight up.Good time, especially with all the trees down the walkways.
