Exceptional, large off leash park. Winter months are VERY muddy but other than that this park is great. I've met some very friendly laid back dog owners here and have even made a few friends. Hoot & Holler love coming here. We are moving to WA and will be sad to have to find a new park. They were loud and chased cars and are intimidating looking so not everyone liked us but for the most part no one was ever rude to us b/c of it.

3 large enclosed fields. Plenty of space to really let it rip with the chuck it. Most people are friendly, and I’d say the majority of them can control of their animals. Some people do let their dogs roam freely into different sections of the park without supervision, so if your dog is not socialized with other dogs that could be a problem. Overall my dog and I haven’t had any real issues, just a lot of fun exercise.

Lots of space, benches to rest, trees for shade. Park is sectioned into 3 parts so there is easier seperation. Great for dogs who love to run. Trails nearby Mostly polite dogs but the occasional reactive animal. Dog owners are mostly responsible.

We go to the dog park at least once a week. Best dog park on the Eugene-Springfield and surrounding areas! If I could give it 10 stars, I would. Lots of room to roam, owners are responsible and nice, dogs are trained and respect boundaries 9.5 out of 10 times.

Fascinating learning about Sen MORSE and his family. The Caretaker on the Family Farm (also a Teacher) was full of historic info, making me think...while making me feel comfortable on the grounds and in the Senator's historic house... where sits, amongst various memorabilia and a bust of Morse, his worn Senate Office chair! Sen. Morse was my dad's young law professor at the Univ. of Oregon in the 1930's. Morse became a coveted U.S. Senator in the 1950's, known for his outspoken integrity - thus nicknamed. "The Tiger in the Senate"! If U visit Eugene, consider a little road trip to this Morse Family Farm! The beautiful natural grounds may have some interesting events going, too; or just take a little picnic basket full of goodies and bask in the Nature and history there!
