Marti: Was a fantastic dog trainer! She was organized, supportive and encouraging. The most important thing to me was that she really cared about my goldendoodle. She would state, your dog looks like she is enjoying this. My dog absolutely loved her. Marti has very high moral standards in testing which I respected. My dog passed as a service dog!! Thank you Marti!!

Hunter has been coming to West Palm Dog since he’s been about 5 months old. He will be 3 years old in May. Marti and Ben are absolutely a godsend. I have no idea what Hunter and I would do without them and their staff. They are so warm so genuine and so kind. You can clearly see how much they all love what they do and how much they care about the animals. The passion and dedication that they put into what they do is absolutely amazing. I cannot wait for them to open their new location so Hunter can have even more fun. Hunter goes there five days a week Monday through Friday from 7AM to 5PM. Hunter has worked with Ben, Marti, and a bunch of the trainers going towards becoming a service dog and getting CGC certified. As well as he’s done the board and train, private lessons, he’s even done obedience class. Hunter absolutely loves it there and loves playing with his best friends. This is the best place for dogs to be!!

I was the fortunate recipient of a service dog trained by West Palm Dog. Marti and Ben along with the entire staff are so patient and knowledgeable not only on training dogs but also helping and teaching the handler. The entire process was an amazing experience and I am so thankful and appreciative to everyone at west Palm Dog. I did not fully understanding or appreciate how truly special and well trained my service dog was until we started visiting public locations. Virtually everyplace we go I always hear the same comments from other patrons. "He is the most well trained dog I have ever seen" and "You are the luckiest person on earth". If you are looking for a service dog or training your own dog you will immediately realize you made the right decision choosing West Palm Dog.

I brought my new male Golden Retriever puppy to Marti and Ben. This is the second Golden puppy they have trained for me. My new puppy, Reggie, goes to West Palm Dog training 6 days a week from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. Reggie loves his opportunity to play with other dogs, his swimming, training which has included going off campus to stores so he can socialize with people and get used to all the sights and sounds. Ben and Marti are the best thing that ever happened to me and Reggie. I have great hopes for this dog and Marti and Ben are making it happen. I thank them everyday for all they are doing for me and Reggie.

We just finished the puppy class at West Palm Dog and couldn’t be happier with both the training and the overall experience. Marti was incredible—knowledgeable, patient, and truly passionate about helping dogs and their owners build strong foundations. For the same price we would have paid at a corporate pet store, we received a much more personal, effective, and hands-on experience. The classes were well-structured, and Marti took the time to address each puppy’s individual needs, which made a huge difference in our pup’s progress. We walked away with not only a better-behaved puppy, but also the confidence and tools to keep up the training at home.
