Lovely tiny park with most minimal of amenities: one picnic table, one separate bench, one play structure, and one pull up bar for the adults. Also, a trash can and a recycling station. Some mosquitoes, so bring spray. Very shaded. No fence or gate, and close to a road so not good for runner children. No water fountain much less a water bottle filler; bring your own beverage. No toilets (great for kids in diapers or bring that training potty for one last hurrah; training potties can hold a heavier load than you think). No wide open green space for setting up picnic blankets; it is picnic table or bust. It is everything I expect in a neighborhood park without being overdone.

Perfect small neighborhood park. Let the kids play while I was waiting for a relative at UNC Children's. It was a great quick escape to get the kids energy out.

Cute neighborhood park with a small play structure. Parking is limited and regulated (resident permit required) so walk over if you can.
