This is my first time being in Nevada and the first time I’ve been to a park. So I’ll keep it short this slide specifically has a nail sticking out of it on the inside and sad to say someone’s baby got stuck and hurt on this slide so please be careful. I’m glad I was able to help but I’ll most likely be finding a different park to go to. Also the park itself isn’t clean so please keep hand sanitizer with you. Have a blessed one.

This is a great park. It has a playground, bathrooms and a pavilion with a great view. Plenty of space for my son to run and play. I'd recommend it if you are visiting Reno. We greatly enjoyed our time at Whitaker Park.

Nice little city park. Pavillion with grill and tables to prepare and serve food, and it's covered to escape the sun. There are also tennis courts, horseshoe pits, and a fairly decent playland for kids with a slide. Also two regular and two child sized swings. One very impressive thing is that it's a little higher than downtown and gives a great breeze.

great place for kids. easily accessible for wheelchairs. only thing i would say is the restroom should be open when it says it should be open, especially if someone in a wheelchair needs bathroom access or a kid.
