Can't complain if you want your 2 year old to run around and get tired! A lot of people were exercising and walking around at this park, a good place for that also.

It’s nice that there’s some extended and peaceful parkway out here, in Burbank. I came to rest up, for a bit, after a blood donation, and I wanted to see if there was a restroom here, but there’s not. Aside from that, it’s mostly just a long, grassy parkway, with some nice crabapple trees, for shade. I noticed that there’s little parasitic-looking bugs that got on to my clothes, while I’m out here.

Good place to get a workout in alfresco. The dirt track was a bit muddy in places from sprinklers I presume at 0900 on a Sunday so it was a little slippery. There isn't anything for specifically for kids here but I did see a few playing around and having fun on the track and on the fitness equipment. Speaking of fitness equipment, the pullup bars and parallel bars and other bits are quite spread out, makes for a good sprint from exercise to exercise if your into that.

Quiet park but very unsightly electric towers scattered around. I liked the route with different work outs and placards explaining the exercises. The dirt running trail is a figure eight so that's pretty neat. Water fountain in the middle and fire station across the street so they'll resuscitate you if you start from heat exhaustion.

Nice park, had north section mainly to ourselves; soccer games filled south end, with big gap between us & them. Very friendly, almost pushy lil squirrel buddies that'll hop right up to you and onto table if you got food for a picnic. Not camera shy at all either. Made our day. :)
