My kids love this playground! Either bring a chair or prepare to sit on the ground. There are plenty of sidewalk trails nearby if you want to bring their scooters & bikes.

This is a lovely new park area finished in fall 2020. It has a large and varied playscape area for the kiddos. Public restroom and water fountain is provided, and there are benches for relaxing. Also, there is plenty of parking and a handicap accessible entrance to several walking paths. Finally, at the rear of the park is a broad open space and access to more trails. Just down the road a 1/4 mile is Mirror Lake park.

My neighborhood dog park. I run or walk through daily even though we don’t own any pets anymore but love this for our pet lovers.

I nanny a six year old and she LOVES this park. It’s her favorite, and we have gone to A LOT of playgrounds. She lives down by the Domain so we have gone to playgrounds all over Austin. From a caretakers perspective: hands down, the best thing about this park is how close the clean restrooms are. No rushing home for potty breaks is NICE. This is the 6 yr. old’s favorite park because of the spinning dome ride (like a safer version of a merry-go-round). There a lot of places to run around and climb as well, so she stays busy for hours every time we come. I like to bring a little blanket and sit on the faux grass hills so I can keep an eye on her. It would be kind of nice if there were picnic tables, but maybe they will add some later.
