A beautiful park for a peaceful walk among a wide variety of plants and trees. It’s very quiet and relaxing, and the suspension bridge is especially fascinating. There are several parking areas available, and it connects directly to the Bellevue Botanical Garden, perfect for extending your visit.

Wilburton Hill Park in Bellevue is one of our family’s favorite community spaces. It’s a large, beautifully maintained park that truly offers something for everyone — from sports and playgrounds to walking trails and even a dedicated dog park.
We regularly attend Surf Soccer practices here, and the open fields are excellent for youth training. The fields are well-kept, spacious, and organized in a way that accommodates multiple teams without feeling chaotic. It’s great to see kids building skills and confidence in such a positive and energetic environment.
The playground is another highlight, with modern equipment including climbing structures and a zip line that kids absolutely love. There are also shaded picnic areas that make it easy to spend a relaxed afternoon with family.
One feature that stands out is the off-leash dog park area. It’s a fantastic space for dogs to run freely and socialize, and it’s well-used by local pet owners. It adds to the welcoming, community-oriented atmosphere of the park.
The walking trails are wide and scenic, perfect for a casual stroll or light jog, and they connect to other nearby green spaces. Parking is convenient, and the park is consistently clean and well maintained. Whether you’re here for soccer, family time, or bringing your dog out for some exercise, Wilburton Hill Park is a wonderful Bellevue gem. Highly recommended!

A fenced in dog park is in this park by the playgrounds! Beautiful gardens and winding steady uphill inclines. The bridge is breathtaking and swings a little bit, but elevates you over a babbling brook . Dogs aren’t allowed in the botanical gardens , no exception. That’s understandable as the many exotic plants/ foliages. Benches dot the trail as signs telling of the birds and area’s landscapes. It’s a walkable trail, uphill with tree roots so rolling aids/ wheelchairs are not easily accessible but can be done. There are real restrooms and plenty of parking 🅿️ and handicapped 🅿️ and access. Picnic tables and playgrounds for big and small kids 🛝 ⚾️and ⚽️🥎fields too.. The smaller trails lead to the residential areas and offer a nice forested walk up small inclines. FYI. The dog loves the smells and meeting new friends. (2 legged and 4)

08/12/23: it is an awesome park with ample parking. The restroom is clean and regularly maintained. I see people wrote good comments about the park’s kids playground. I could not agree more. As an adult, I want to play in all the kid's playgrounds, especially the zip line but there were too many kids at the time I visited 😭.
The park itself was developed and built to be connected to the Bellevue Botanical Garden. I see people trailing and running a lot through that trail. I enjoy my time here and would love to be back soon with more updates

I love visiting the Bellevue Botanical Garden when I am in town. It's worth the trip from Seattle. Lots of parking, good bathrooms, nice trails, and beautiful flowers in every season.
