As far as parks go, this one is average. It’s for sure not my kids first choice to come to but there is plenty of open field space to play sports, practice for sports teams and for organizations to spend time at. There is a small pavilion and the playground is okay. There are swings which is for sure the highlight of the park. There is a drinking fountain but there are no restrooms. Overall, it’s a good park and we do come here when we’re doing a short outing.

This is not a quality park. The grass is poorly maintained and is often soaking wet and full of mosquitos as this is actually just a water drainage point. It would be nice if the city took the time to update and improve this one as it is in desperate need. Far below average for other west jordan parks.

Wild flower park is a great little neighborhood park. It has a play set, a picnic table with a pavilion for shade, and a REALLY big field behind it. Due to its smaller size, the play set its self is mainly for younger kids, but the swing set is generally for all ages. There is also swings specifically made for toddlers so they don't fall out. The pavilion is nice for having lunch or small parties and has a drinking fountain and shade for those hot days. The field is probably what attracts attracts the most people to the park with its giant size and steep hills. You can play lots of fun games like soccer, football, ultimate frisbee, ect. Since the field is so large, you don't have to worry about not having enough room to play. I've seen three different groups of people playing at the same time without getting in the way of each other. Its also a great place to hold sport practices like soccer. In addition, the hills are great for ice blocking in the summer, and sledding in the winter. Fair warning that the field floods a little, so try not to go after rainy days.

You will not find this park in accident! Large open space to throw frisbees, hit some baseballs or let the kids and dog run to get their energy out. Small playground with swings.
