One of the best parks and playgrounds in our area. Lots of land, huge fields, and awesome play equipment. The play area is gated, which can help with little ones. Meanwhile older kids on busy days tend to leave the gates open upon exiting, which requires a quick eye and some redundancy with relaunching.

Absolutely gigantic dog park tucked back in the woods. Plenty of room to run, but also plenty of space to lose sight so be mindful of your pet (aka don’t stare at your phone.) The park as a whole is well maintained and spacious. Definitely a hidden gem as it doesn’t seem to get very busy, especially in the back of the park.

Not very many kids, good for children who probably get overstimulated with too much noise and children around. Small pavilion in the center. Good for children ages 1-8 in my opinion. Could definitely use a splash pad but all in all a good small park.

THU 2025.08.07 ~06:20, after i arrived and parked my vehicle in the parking of William R. Davie Park, i went for an ~5+ mi CCW Loop walk: thru the neighborhood, and back to the parking. Relatively nice and cool weather, high 60s_F during my ~2 hrs walk. Encountered a total of 8 people (walking, or jogging) in the neighborhood. Everyone was cheery and friendly. The neighborhood look nice👍And William R. Davie Park and its facilities, including Restrooms were well-maintained and clean. Had a short break watching football practise at the Davie Park Multipurpose Field.

Soccer Park with a playground. One turf field and one grass field. There is no shade here, so be prepared. The parking lot can also get a bit packed on game days. Overall, nice playground, and the turf field is in pretty good shape. Lastly, there are working bathrooms and water fountains on site.
