A few months ago, I visited this park with my dog and my child. Before going, I made sure to check online to confirm that dogs were allowed, and at the time the information said they were. While we were there, an elderly security guard approached us very rudely to let me know dogs were not allowed. We left right away, but since I walk by this park every day, I’ve noticed plenty of people walking their dogs inside — so I guess some visitors have just been lucky not to be stopped. Recently, we decided to give the park another chance, and it seems like they may have switched security companies. The lady who spoke to us this time was incredibly sweet. She kindly checked that we lived nearby since it’s a community park, and even though we arrived about 30 minutes before closing, she still let us in and let us enjoy our time. She was professional, friendly, and very welcoming. Dogs are still not allowed here, but if they did switch personnel, they chose a great company because this recent experience was completely different in the best way. We had such a lovely time with our daughter, and we’ll definitely be coming back.

This park use to be great, kids and families would be playing and enjoying it all the time. Then they added those horrible prison gates and it makes it impossible to use the park. If you drive, forget about it. You're parking in the glass outside because chances are that both lots are closed. If you have a regular job? Forget about using this park because by the time you get home (5:30) everyone is being kicked out and the gates are closing. Why are we paying for a "neighborhood" park we can't use???? Instead of those gates they should have added benches along the path or some low key lights. You can't even bring dogs to this park. It's a shame because you can catch a really beautiful sunset here BUT YOU CANT GET IN ANYMORE.

Horrible park. Google says dogs are allowed and when I get there with my dog the security just waves his finger back and forth signaling no. Such stupidity.

Terrible and aggressive security guard! My dad and his wife live around the area and found this park. They went to check the lake when this guard appeared, shouting at them that they had to leave (without even asking where they lived). My dad started going to his car and this man keep pushing and shouting my dad that they must "run" to their car 🤯 my didn't call the police but it was a very dangerous situation with this very crazy guard!

I went to visit someone that lives near by, I have a 8yr and a 5yr old, they wanted to go to the park, when I went I was told that I couldn't use the park because I didn't live there, I was with a person that lives there, but we were told that it doesn't matter, that the kids don't live there so they can not use the park? Try to explain to your kids that they can't use a park, they got upset. I can't believe the policy of this park...
