There is 2 descent sized dog parks, one for small dogs and one for big dogs. The parks are all covered in a fine gravel which makes it look like a giant litter box for dogs. There is also a descent size sign asking people to please pick up after their dogs. Hmm, you can clearly see that some dog owners do not abide by the rules, I guess they must be entitled.

Worst dog park ever! Why would you put gravel in a dog park? It would be better if it was dirt and weeds.

I personally love this park so so much because it's on the corner of elkhorn and fort apache, easy to get to, and it has two really great dog parks..one for big dogs, 1 for littles. But it's the strangest thing... I almost never see anyone else here! I'm not complaining.I love to go there with my dog.And just walk through the park and look at the beautiful trees that are in the dog park and planted between the Regular park area and the fire department next door. One thing you should be aware of though, is that if you arrive at night, it is pitch black... For some reason, this park is not lit at night. But I still feel comfortable enough there to go on my own with my dog. I just love the location and there's a little parking lot right off of fort Apache ( go slowly so you don't miss it). I think vegas has great parks, and this is just one more neighborhood gem

My kids love this park. So does my dog, since they also have a dog park here.
