Wonderful walking trail, about 2 mi offering 2 loops. During my visit on Friday afternoon I saw three deer, numerous squirrels and wildlife. Very tranquil but you do hear the interstate noise on one part of the trail. I was able to quickly get in and out on this trail and only saw a few people.

I love to walk all the trails of this park! I'm usually alone and will see a fellow hiker every now and then. It's a place to go to clear my mind, listen to the calm and soothing sounds of nature, see a deer, get in some exercise and really take in the beauty of the Michigan wilderness

Great medium sized woodland trail with trees, pond and a river. The river was almost dry and the pond isn’t immediately accesible unless you are ready to be scraped head to toe by branches and brush but you can walk around it for a great photo. Came during peak fall season and the orange leaves were stunning. Sumac trail has the coolest feel during the is season but I bet the Wildflower and Goldenrod are both amazing in the summer. Most paths are dirt or rock— some paths not good for people with mobility issues at all, but an easy hour-ish jaunt for those who won’t get hurt stumbling on a hidden root or two

Good little 2 mile walking path. Lots of highway noise though, not really peaceful

Nice park with walking trails, did all of them in about 45 minutes. Trails were wood chips, gravel, and dirt/grass. Too much mud on part of it, the solution was to lay logs down, too hard to walk over. Saw deer, birds, and squirrels. Mostly level walking with just a few steep parts.
