I love this park because it's close to my school. When I'm struggling with writing papers or feeling overwhelmed by academic pressure, I walk there to relax. It's actually a disc golf park, so it has very large lawns. The aurora borealis occasionally appears in this area, making it a fantastic spot for aurora photography. By the way, there's also a small basketball court.
Woodlawn Park in Moorhead is a beautiful park. It has a very nice Frisbee Golf course, small playground, picnic shelter with handful of tables, a very well kept basketball court, paved paths, open grass areas and plenty of mature trees. It is a great escape from city life.

Excellent park for anyone who loves frolf (frisbee golf). Out if all the parks in the area this is definitely the best for it. I do have a few recommendations for the staff however. You need to clear out more of the thatch/weeds/thistles from your courses and maybe even put up a rail or sign to warn guests at some sections of the park with low visibility close to the river.
