Great spot for the kids, animals, playgrounds and plenty of places to enjoy a picnic. Only thing that would make this better is a real bathroom!

My 6-year-old daughter loved it, every day she asks me what day we are going to go again lol She loved feeding the animals, the playground, the sand area, it was all a lot of fun.

This place was a classic to go to when I was younger in the summer when my aunt used to watch us. Now it seems like there are less animals and the animals that are there don't seem to be taking care of all that well. Now I could be in complete misunderstanding to their financial situation due to this past year but it just made me sad seeing them like that instead of the happiness and joy I used to get. The playground is still beautiful and it is still very pleasant to walk around. More hand sanitizer stations would have been helpful but again...I get it. Hope things get better and maybe they need some more donations or help, something I will definitely be looking into. Thanks for all the smiles over the years and I hope to see that spark back soon! 😀

Great place in theory but the large, long slide was closed for construction when we arrived. There was nothing online - either on Google maps or the official website - about this and absolutely no signage. Just yellow tape around the bottom of the slide and an unmanned excavator. Least they could do is notify people that one of the main attractions for kids is unavailable. Great facilities, poor operation.

Great free park with plenty of wilderness to explore. Excellent views and the giant slide is a hit for all the kids. Mountain bikes are allowed and there are some decent drops. It does however get busy on weekends.
