The entrance is right next to a fire department and it's kind of narrow so it's easy to drive right past it. cool Park though and well maintained.
Read more about George 'Doc' Cavalliere ParkWe were on vacation and went there every day. Very clean park and restrooms. A great place to walk or sit and watch the birds while having a picnic. We met many people walking their dogs, families at the covered playground or fishing. Great way to start the day before we visited the zoo, aquarium or other attractions.
Read more about Chaparral ParkThis park may not be for everyone, but it is perfect for us and our Aussie-Springer mix. There were about 9 or 10 mid-to-large sized dogs chasing each other and romping in the shallow water. Best of all, there was a great little enclosure with a cement floor and drain and a hose with good pressure to wash him off before getting back in the car. Parts of the park are still under construction, and not every one of the four fenced fields was unlocked, but it had what we wanted - water and a beach!
Read more about Cosmo Dog ParkVisited here today! This was a super cool park to come to, and I’ve been putting it off for quite some time. There’s ducks galore and she loved chasing them and playing near the creek. The trees are climbable and it was just awesome. Definitely worth it for any Pokémon go players out there!
