We love this park. Nice playground for kids. And good area for walking)
Read more about Peter Bluesten ParkSweet little playground with shade and restrooms. We needed a place to have lunch after checking out of our hotel. Children from a summer camp played there and there's a separate dog park there as well! Also a small fire parking lot.
Read more about Golden Isles ParkGreat park for younger kids - perfect for toddlers! It’s right beside the beach which is great if you wanted to do both in one day! The park has slides, swings, musical toys, mini climbing walls, different play bridges, a little car module, etc. The playground is not covered (does not have a shade cover like the surrounding ones). It does get shade from the surrounding buildings and high trees. There’s restrooms onsite and a few picnic tables.
Read more about South City Beach ParkNice and Chill, family oriented. There is a garage parking lot conviniently located right at the entrance. There is not enough beach space so when the tide goes up, you can get wet by the ocean waves to the point that I had to leave last time as I was taking a nap on my towel and the water woke me up! I move several times until there was no more space and had to go home. I did not see nearby public restrooms or places to buy food. I wouldn't not recommend this park for a full beach day, I also didn't see any beach volleyball or other outdoorsy activities courtyards. It was clean and I bit crowded. Would work for an hour or two quick stroll at the ocean and beach.
