Great place for dogs entreatment. Not so busy
Read more about Dog park Emerald HillsT.Y. Park in Hollywood, Florida, is a wonderfully versatile green space that blends nature, recreation, and relaxation in one accessible location. Nestled amidst a canopy of mature trees and surrounding a central lake, it offers something for a wide range of visitors—from families to joggers to those simply seeking a quiet walk outdoors. What stands out: The walking/jogging/biking trail around the lake is well-maintained, shaded, and ideal for an easy stroll or a more focused workout. For families, there are picnic pavilions, playgrounds, and a splash-play area or small water-park section, making it a solid choice for kids. The natural setting is strong: there are plenty of trees for shade, water views at the lake, and even glimpses of wildlife (birds, squirrels, etc.) that help ground the space in peacefulness. Parking may incur a fee and can become busier during weekends or special events. If you’re looking for a park that offers a meaningful outdoor experience—whether you’re writing, reflecting, exercising, playing, or simply sitting and watching nature—T.Y. Park delivers. It bridges the ease of urban access with the calm of natural surroundings. I’d particularly recommend it if you want a space to pause, listen to your thoughts, and maybe jot down ideas in a notebook, letting the setting support the “authentic, connected to nature” that sometimes we need to explore.

Read more about Dania Dog BeachA beautiful beach surrounded by lots of nature. There are tables and grills available if you’d like to cook, and a path for walking, biking, or exercising. The lifeguard was very attentive and always watching over everyone. The water looked very clean. On a previous visit I noticed some jellyfish, but this Sunday the water was clear, with a perfect temperature. It was a gorgeous day with little wind, making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy the beach.
