What dog owners are saying

This is a great park. Lots of open field space, baseball fields, a small basket ball court, a sports themed splash pad, a playground with big and small kids equipment and it's near wonderful walking trails. There's some shade provided by trees, but it could definitely use more. In the back in the park is a huge, well shaded dog park, split for large and small dogs. It's awesome.
Read more about Badger Mountain Community ParkIs it an okay park. Its big enough to have multiple activities going on. They need to water the grass more so it's all green and not just certain areas of green. I have had multiple kids complain about grass that is dried and yellow white poking them 😂
Read more about Casa Del Sol ParkOk, maybe a hot take, but I completely love the astroturf lol. Obviously I’m sure it’s just as gross as any other truck-stop-pet-toilet, but it LOOKS spotless and fresh. The bright-green, uniform cushion leaves no place for turds to hide to be accidentally stepped in, there’s no mud holes or puddles of putrid, brown, diarrhea water for my schnauzer to drench her white skirt in, and it doesn’t shrivel to dust and disappear for half the year like the inferior, utterly obsolete, live grass we’re used to. Not that the astroturf alone takes all the credit for how clean this particular location looked, I’m sure the staff is also regularly scooping up stray dookies left by lazy dog-owners, which I greatly appreciated. It’s a lovely looking little doggie-potty-break abreast a well-lit parking lot that feels very safe and inviting. Perfectly convenient, as ever, and an overall enjoyable experience for me and my dogs. I’ve recently started experimenting with creative hyphen use, if you couldn’t tell. Anyway, 10/10 great Love’s Dog Park.
Read more about Dog Park at Love's Travel StopsWhat an awesome place. As grandparents we were merely visiting but did get to attend our 8 year old grandsons birthday party. The park was a perfect venue. Quiet. Shaded. Loved by the kiddos. Everything that was needed. What a hidden gem.
