Great little neighborhood dog park. Plenty of room to let the dog run, play, and socialize with other dogs. Completely fenced area with lots of trees, open area, park bench and porta-a-potty.

I really enjoy this little area. It's a nice intimate place to take your dogs, letting them run free. When the snow melts, I plan on taking them there more often. I can relax and reflect on the day, while my doggies smell a bazillion smells and enjoy not being on a leash, e en for a short time. There are lots of trees for shade, places to sit, and waste bags are also provided to pick up after the dogs, if you forget yours. Highly recommended, if you're unable to go to other dog parks!

It's a pretty small park where people bring their dogs and children to play. One can find peace of mind there during just the right times after a long day or week. The grass is green, and the park has a classic and familiar feel about it. Great for picnics! To discourage homeless people hanging around, they unfortunately got rid of the old park benches. I miss sitting on those benches in the dead of winter, and watching the night sky. It is what it is though. Times change. There's a rent-a-can nearby. Bring some pocket hand sanitizer though. Most of the time, that stuff is empty, if there even is one in it. Close access to restaurants, a gas station, and bus route 35. Altogether, a neat little park.

Park itself was awesome. Main feature for me was the fenced off-leash area so dogs can be dogs and run. The bad thing about it was the drunk, drugged up, or otherwise mentally off homeless people using the park as a place to sleep. 1was already sleeping and 2 more wandered in making themselves comfortable for the night before I left. I also wish the park was operated into 2 areas by a fence thru the middle. 1 area for sociable dogs. The other area for dogs that prefer not to socialize. My dog is older and she gets cranky when other dogs rush her and get in her face.
