A large fenced-in dog park with an adjoining smaller one, too. It's a little hilly, set under trees in a wooded area. At the gate, you have a steep embankment, then plateaus for a bit, where there's a dog obstacle course and some benches ... after which, slowly inclines more into the woods. There's a DogiPot station with a disposal can at the entrance. A good place to park, let the dogs run around (get 'em tired), then take a walk / hike along the pequabuck river through the rest of Rockwell Park. Gravel lot with parking for about 15 / 20 vehicles.

Both the people and the dogs here were less than friendly. The design of this park is also less than ideal, especially for any human with any sort of physical disability. The park is situated on a STEEP wooded hillside, and the one space for human sitting was halfway up the hillside. There are no rules posted. There is no water. There were limited bags only at the entrance and trash was outside the park

Half acre fenced in wooded lot. The dogs seem to love it. Plenty of obstacles built into the park, water stations but bring water, and community toys to play with. Sections to accommodate large and small dogs, not recommended for people that have trouble walking around and climbing over things the hill can be a bit treacherous for older people

Convenient, shaded location for unleashed doggies. 2 separate fenced-in areas, parking & waste disposal bags available. Larger area has a very steep climb up to a level spot with bench to sit for owners. As with anywhere comfort level & cleanliness dependent upon visitors. Appearance indicates the Town does their part. Experiences at this location are variable. All depends on visitors, or lack thereof, occupying the site at any given time. Have encountered people that don't seem to've disciplined their companions, lacking it themselves regarding clean-up after their pup(s). Also met some very nice & respectful owners. For some time now, even though park is less than 10 minutes from my house, I limit or refrain completely from visiting unless park is empty. This due to concers of cleanliness & more than one sketchy impolite encounter.

Such a unique and quiet dog park set on a hillside. Perfect for dogs who love running around with other dogs as well as exploring various elevations and hiking. I wish we could count on more dogs being there to play with during the week and even sometimes on the weekend.
