I can't say enough good things about Bow Chika Wow Town! The staff is exceptional (especially Nicole)! I had to board my two dogs for a wedding, and one of them, Eva, had never been away from me in the 7 years I've had her. She is terrified of other people so I knew this would be a challenge. Her brother, Magnum, used to go to daycare but hadn't gone in over 7 years, so I was excited to get him back to playing with other pups, yet nervous there would be a learning curve in his old age. I was nervous about how Eva would react to staff, but I brought them a few times before the stay to get used to it. As expected, Eva was petrified. I brought them a few more times and did a trial overnight stay before the 6-day board. By the end of it, she was her happy-go-lucky self having the time of her life, something I didn't think I'd ever see! They sent me pictures, videos, and report cards while I was away, easing my mind completely. They never gave up on her, and never made me feel like she couldn't be part of " the town". Magnum had a blast at daycare and they loved on the two of them while I was away. They truly gave me and my pups a new lease on life. We have options now and I can't be happier to have found a place we all love!
When Trapper started he was a crazy as in not liking males or just about everyone. With the staff taking good care of him and him learning that people are not bad he is a very good pup around people. I tell everyone Trapper is the way he is now because of the staff. He’s is such a great dog now. I would like to thank the staff for taking good care of him and loves you guys due to when comes out to go home he goes to you guys first to say goodbye 🐶
I love Bow Chicka Wow Town and so does my LuNa. The staff are all so welcoming and happy and excited to see my girl when we arrive. LuNa loves it - she loves to go play with her friends and we love that she is all tired out by the end of the day. The snacks they offer, the overnight services, the adorable photos and different things they send home at times - I would recommend it all.
We love bringing our Finnegan to Bow chika Wow Town daycare! The staff if professional and friendly and the play rooms are clean and bright. I love the transparency of being able to check in on Finn on live cams to see what a good time he is having. I love knowing he is in a safe environment to keep socialized and burn his puppy energy!
The best daycare, boarding, and grooming all in one! They take care of my dogs like they are part of their own family! I never worry when Bailey and Henry are in their hands.Amazing and kind staff. Can’t recommend enough! ♥️🐶🐾
