What dog owners are saying

Great local town park withe beach, softball fields, dog park, and paved path for walking and bikes. Fun in the summer with kayaks and swimming, with shallow waters, especially in low tide. Nice to be here in the winter too, very peaceful and nice to walk with family and dog.
Read more about Warwick City Park and Buttonwoods Beach Area ParkingI can't say enough good things about Bow Chika Wow Town! The staff is exceptional (especially Nicole)! I had to board my two dogs for a wedding, and one of them, Eva, had never been away from me in the 7 years I've had her. She is terrified of other people so I knew this would be a challenge. Her brother, Magnum, used to go to daycare but hadn't gone in over 7 years, so I was excited to get him back to playing with other pups, yet nervous there would be a learning curve in his old age. I was nervous about how Eva would react to staff, but I brought them a few times before the stay to get used to it. As expected, Eva was petrified. I brought them a few more times and did a trial overnight stay before the 6-day board. By the end of it, she was her happy-go-lucky self having the time of her life, something I didn't think I'd ever see! They sent me pictures, videos, and report cards while I was away, easing my mind completely. They never gave up on her, and never made me feel like she couldn't be part of " the town". Magnum had a blast at daycare and they loved on the two of them while I was away. They truly gave me and my pups a new lease on life. We have options now and I can't be happier to have found a place we all love!
Read more about Bow chika Wow TownWent to Rocky Point State Park on New Years Day. Snow covered the ground and I got to tick off a bucket list item of seeing sand and snow mix on the beach. There’s a very nice pier and massive arch (other reviews have good photos, so no need to include here). I really liked several history signs that describe the interesting & storied past of this park. At one time an amusement park; as one time filled with cottages - who knew! My favorite part was a little train through the woods near the beach. Quite magical with the snow!! And good sledding down the singular hill that is here.
Read more about Rocky Point State ParkThis dog park is outstanding and easily one of the best you will find anywhere in the state. The large dog area is truly massive, giving dogs plenty of space to run freely and play without feeling crowded. There is a trail-style layout for owners to walk, plus wooded sections that dogs love to explore. The terrain has natural elevation changes from the entrance to the far end, which keeps things interesting and gives energetic dogs a great workout. Multiple benches are placed throughout the park so owners can relax, and there are shaded areas that make warm days more comfortable. Small walls and structures provide fun obstacles for dogs to jump on and off. The park is well maintained and offers poop collection bags and trash cans, which helps keep everything clean. There is also water access for dogs to drink, which is a huge plus. One of the unique highlights is the beautiful dog sculpture named Reggie, which adds charm and character to the park. The trails are covered with mulch, though boots are recommended on wet days as the ground can get soft. The people who visit are friendly and respectful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Parking is available on the same street as the park with sidewalk access to the park so no walking on the road is necessary. If you are looking for a spacious, scenic, and thoughtfully designed dog park, this place is hard to beat.
