Great spot for small and large dogs. Good place for off-leash fun. Midday is when there is the most pups. They provide bags and some seating. The wind can blow pretty strong so make sure you bring a coat.

Read more about Raymond F Jones Memorial Dog ParkWe went mostly for an new area to walk and it didn't disappoint. We got a nice walk in and found out all about the different areas of Slater Park. It was a lot bigger than we thought with two ways to drive into the park. A nice lake area, Carousel that was operational, a historic farm house museum that wasn't open (they had a number to call for hours). Walking and biking trails.
