I was a little nervous to try this trail after reading some mixed reviews about whether it was dog friendly, but I was pleasantly surprised! My dog absolutely loved it. The path was easy to walk on, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxed morning outing. I went around 8–9 AM on a Saturday, and it wasn’t too busy—just a few people walking or biking. I was even able to let my dog enjoy his long leash without any issues. Overall, we had a great time. It’s definitely a dog-friendly, easy trail that we’ll be coming back to!

Great place to walk or jog. There and back trail. Boardwalk portion at the beginning is about 1 mile.

This is a very short bike trail that’s a combination of wooden crossings along with pavement. 3 miles in each direction for a total of 6 miles round trip. It’s a good way to get a bike ride in away from motor vehicles but there’s not that much to see on this ride. Also, as soon as you start riding on this trail, you’re riding away from the Zoo so there’s no ability to see inside the Zoo once you start riding.

This walking trail is 3 miles one way. It’s all way inside the parking lot from the Zoo. Get there before 9am there lot of parking space after 11am the parking was full. It’s nice trail for pet’s and be careful with individual on bikes (they will inform you when passing by).

My girlfriend and I absolutely love this trail! It's a 3 Mile long trail with signs telling you how far you've progressed. We rollerbladed it the last time we were there. The entire trail is either paved or has a boardwalk. The scenery is absolutely beautiful and we always see some wildlife. Last time we seen some turtles and an armadillo! I would definitely recommend
