Not much parking but very modern, peaceful urban park. Tucked behind Sharp Grossmont Hospital and a memory care residential building, it could easily be missed. With the recent storms, the plants are a bit battered but will hopefully come back full force once we get back into our usual hot climate. Lots of shady places here though and places to sit with some interactive areas for mostly kids but adults will enjoy looking at least once. Also, popular rock hiding spot so bring some of your own or enjoy the hunt. I usually like to relocate one to a different park to give it some mileage. I’ll add photos in just a bit; technical issues but didn’t want to wait to do a write up. Edit: Photos added which gave me a couple more what I would like to say are insights but opinions; park needs to be on a more regular maintenance schedule. It doesn’t need much but everything just looked like it had a coat of dirt over it. Yes, it’s a natural park, etc. but that doesn’t mean a good power wash and trim wouldn’t help.

This is a smaller park, with very good play areas for children and great interest for dogs. My Chihuahua starts quivering when we leave the Parkway and she can't wait to get to the park. There is a lot of art and soft play areas as well as an herb garden and outdoor musical instruments.

Sad that there's no play structure, but there's so much enrichment for the kids and adults alike that it's not a huge deal. There's a rock big enough for the kids to climb (about 8 ft tall) The musical instruments were my personal favorite, tons of sprawling green grass and a sand pit and swing set. My kids built a little village in the sand pit.

Nice little park where we take our dog for a walk. Always seems to be clean and well kept. There's a playground but it's fairly small. Has a few gardens as well with a wide warranty of plants/flowers. Sometimes will see rabbits there.

It's a cute clean small picnic area. Not really a park for the kids to play on a playground but beautiful space for picnic. The 1 sensory area I found was very nice and everything is clean and well kept
