We didn't stay long because it was cold but this is a beautiful park! The water is gorgeous and if you can catch them so are the cherry blossoms. I love the geese and ducks you see here as well. Overall this seems to be a great place for the community to gather.

Awww...so peaceful & relaxing! The park is so surreal and enjoyable for the entire family. I graduated from VUU many years ago and arrived in Richmond today to visit my wondrrful mom! My first stop was Byrd Park/Maymount Park...Lol I still remembered how to get there, after all these years! The up keep and the park itself is a gem for the residents living in the surrounding metro Richmond area! We had a blast feeding the ducks...Gotta Love it....5 Stars

Was so peaceful and clean! I mean, other than the bird poo, but peaceful nonetheless. May have to walk it out; the driveway is blocked off.
