This portion of the park is massive, with two lakes to walk around, the boat docking is located off of 112th Ave by the amphitheater entrance. There is a huge playground for kids and a skate park on this end of the park. The pathways have bridges that are interconnected to the other areas.

Bummed I don't live closer! This place is lovely. Such a great mix of open space, playground, and on-water activities right in one spot. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We bought tokens here for the carousel next door. Will need to take a boat out next summer!

Beautiful park with lots of stuff for the kids and famy to do. Great scenery and up close wildlife experiences. Has a nice park and splash pad, walking and bring trails, pond, bridges, theater, sports fields, and skate park, also indoor recreation center. Highly recommend, good time for the whole family.

Cute park lots of space, you can paddle board out in the water. We specifically went for the Lantern festival and it was nice. Downfall some of the parking is extremely far from the water. There are portable toilets all over and a more appropriate restroom minus the odor lol

One of the biggest city park in Denver metro area, always packed with people in Pavilion and playground area, very clean park, City of Thornton does a wonderful job on keeping park nice and clean!
