Spent our Friday night catching the best show ever, IMO, after a horrific rain storm. Thanks to Carrington Pavillion and artists (Skillett, Set It Off, Old 97) for putting on a fabulous show and not canceling. We had reserved seating under cover. Lawn was really saturated but had thick grass so it was not muddy. Disappointed there was no band merchandise sold. Not sure if that's was the venue's call or not. Sat section 6 HH, had to stand up to see since others were standing but I am only 5ft 3in tall. Venue asks you to stay seated for that reason but rock artists like you out of your seats!! The staff was awesome. Even showed us to our seats. Awesome night. Awesome memories made.

Spent the morning here for a parks and recreation kids day at the park. I was amazed by how nice and just how clean the pavilion was! The fair was great, offered many vendors and activities. The grass field was very nice. Will definitely be back.

Visited for a 4th of July concert. The group was Seven till Sunrise. They were awesome. Nonstop singing and music for over 2 hours. Great entertainment! The park was beautiful. Lots of food and other vendors and a lot for the kids. A great family place. I even met Alonzo Jones, Mayor of Danville. Very nice individual.

Carrington Pavilion is part of the greater river walk trails in Danville VA. Miles of paved trails, easy walking (biking, rollarblading, skate boarding, etc) . The outdoor pavilion has a unique structure with plenty of space to see whatever event that is playing there. A covered area, as well as a lawn section. Included in this area is a large dog park. Great place to let your dogs loose while walking the near by trails.

The Pavilion is a great place to go! There's almost always something going on here. Food trucks, Children's Festival, Bark in the Park, Live Bands. My kids always have a blast when we go!
