This is my favorite spot to chill and people watch in downtown Frederick. Smack dab in the middle of everything interesting going on downtown. Very well maintained with lots to do on either side. Super dog friendly. Readers Digest just ranked Downtown Frederick as the best historic downtown in 2025 and I’m sure this park had a lot to do with scoring the honor.

A wonderful place for a leisurely stroll, perfect for family outings or meeting with friends. There are many American restaurants nearby where you can enjoy a delicious meal. I highly recommend this place.

Took a stroll through here to see the lights and little boats along the river. The town is really festive during the holidays. The shops and eateries make this town highly desirable for nice day trips.

No matter what time of your Carroll Creek Park is a must stroll location. Did you know that the creek is part of a flood mitigation measure? To prevent downtown, businesses and residences from flooding the water flows to Baker Park. Although the park gets wet, grass and trees ❤️ it, businesses and homes stay safe! Currently Sailing Through Winter Solstice is going on. In the summer the lotus and joining 🐟 bring the beauty. Be sure to check Frederick happenings for special events happening on the Creek!

Beautiful unique selection of antiques , and displays were very distinct and artistic, I will definitely go back , what a great find!
