It is a free event but they want you to vote on the flotillas by using the QRCodes. There is a Parking garage nearby. You can have strollers, wheelchairs, and dogs! You will have stores, restaurants, and art centers nearby. Frederick, Md. has a lot to offer you. You should see the boats before the dark and after! There are benches along the pathway. It is a unique winter light display!
