What dog owners are saying
Recent review snippets help visitors gauge vibe, upkeep, and who each park suits best.
Very nice and well maintained park with nice trails and several dog parks . We have been here several times and walked all the trails. Many of the trails are well shaded and there were many rest areas along the trails. This park is very quiet as the name would suggest and serene. The visitors center is clean and many times have arts and photo exhibits. The holly pavilion trail takes you to the overlook with gorgeous view of the south River. Our dogs love the dog beach by the south River overlook where they can swim in the River.
Read more about Quiet Waters ParkIncredible dog park - awesome place to let your dog socialize and get some swimming in. Clean and plenty of tennis balls laying around to throw. Friendly crowd. Park is not completely fenced in except for small gap on far end that some dogs could wander. Typically don't let my dog off leash if not enclosed but it was safe enough here and enough going on that he had a blast and we didn't have any issues.
Read more about Quiet Waters Dog ParkThis place is great. It’s ideal for dogs that like to play with other dogs. I went on a Sunday. The area is fenced. There’s plenty of space. It is a walk from the parking lot but it’s labeled. Make sure to leave water bottles in the car to rinse you and your pet off. There wasn’t a hose area, which would have been great.
Read more about Quiet Waters Dog BeachGreat dog park! Very clean and very well maintained. There are three large gated areas, one for small breeds and two for large breeds. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this park is for our fur babies. There were new tennis balls provided, poop stations and a water well for fresh water. The only downside is that there are no restrooms, but there is a gas station around the corner (that's a quick drive).
