Owners beware. I brought my dog here around 4 or 5 times within about a 8 month span. Nearly every single time I have, there has always been at least one territorial/ aggressive dog. This last time was the last time. When I brought my dog there recently, she got ran down and bit by a very aggressive dog. The owner looked dumbfounded as if she was unaware (the dog was barking at other dogs and snapping). This bite actually happened to take a chunk out of my dog, costing me over 1k in bills. We didn’t get any information from the owner (yes hindsight is 20/20 and we would’ve, but we just wanted to make sure she was okay and seen as fast as we could. I also would’ve probably not acted in the best way or done something worse to her dog). This is a public park so it was always a risk. I just don’t understand how owners who 1. Can’t control their dog and 2. Know their dog is aggressive/standoff-ish would ever think it’s a good idea to bring their animal to a public space. Just giving my experience. This isn’t all dogs there mind you, we have encountered a lot more friendly and loving dogs there than not. There is just always the one you have to be wary of because their owners won’t be.

Great park near Grand rapids. Has two sides, one for large dogs and one for small. Large spaces with picnic tables and benches, also some trees for shade. Overall park is nice as well, walking trails, soccer fields and a bathroom as well.

Nice 2 park setup for large and small dogs. Plenty of shade with benches and seating. Very few holes.

Great dog park within a great park! There are small and big dog areas that have plenty of seating, shade, and room for your furry friend to run wild. They also supply a shovel to fill in holes, bags for poop, and a functioning water fountain. Nice place!

I love this park because it has shade, separate entrances for large and small dogs and walking trails all along the playing fields. You have to bring your own water though, that's a bummer. There is also a disc golf course here. Nice people and dogs.
