Chateau Poochie

I am the fussiest person regarding the care of my beloved 13 year old Lhasa Apso, Romeo King Solomon. I entrusted Romeo to the care of the staff at Chateau Poochie. The facility is clean and well cared for. My Romeo, was treated like the King he is-very lovingly. One employee, in particular went above and beyond the care of Romeo-that employee’s name is Kirsta. If I had any hesitation leaving Romeo, Kirsta made those fears disappear. She is gentle and kind and most importantly, Romeo loves her. I am happy that I made the choice to entrust Romeo’s care to Chateau Poochie and specifically, Kirsta.

We love Chateau Poochie!! Krista and Laquina are the BEST!!!! Both are always smiling and cheerful and genuinely excited to see Connie and Charlie. We know they are in good hands whenever she is at Chateau Poochie. Thank you ladies!! Kate and Ron

I love this place! And more importantly my dog Sadie loves it even more!! My experience with them has been fantastic! They are professional and caring with each dog that comes in. Kirsta H especially has gone overboard to be accommodating to myself and my dog. She is so sweet and caring. I’m just love her. I highly recommend Chateau Poochie!!

Very friendly team working to make our paw pets very happy! The team is very friendly. My dog arrives Super happy to see them and leaves very pooped which is great cause it gives me some time out when we get home! overall A+ service.

I put my dog here for daycare with the 10 day package. Although the staff that works with the dogs seems very nice, I would not recommend for anyone to come here and I will not be returning. This place has caused me more of a headache, and it is ran very poorly. I wish I would’ve put my money elsewhere, as they are very unaccommodating to their clients. I have spoken to the managers of this facility, and they were no help to me as well. One example of a problem I had was that when I first started at this place, I was under the impression from their staff that I would be able to use a half-day pass on the days I would just need him there for half a day. I was then informed day of that I would have to pay them a full day price to keep them there for the time of a half day if I wasn’t able to drop him off After 2 o’clock. I looked past this until I got my dog a bath there and after being told on the phone that it would be $70 they tried to charge me more when I got there and then blamed it on me saying that’s only what the prices start at, when I wouldn’t have gotten the bath in the first place if I knew it was going to cost more than $70. The final straw for me was when they claimed that my Bernese mountain dog, which is the least aggressive breed out there was acting aggressive and humping other dogs. They provided no video proof and according to their policy, they keep dogs they’re un neutered until they are 10 months. They told me that they would only be able to do private daycare for him with no evidence that he was acting aggressive towards another dog. He is a nine month old puppy who has never acted aggressively towards another dog in his life and has been to multiple dog parks and has been around countless dogs. They did not offer any support as I was already at work and had to leave work to come pick him up. As someone who also works for a small business I have lost all respect for this facility as it seems like MONEY is their main priority and not maintaining the relationships with their clients. I have never had problems with any business as much as I have with this one. Please head my advice and put your money somewhere that won’t disappoint you.
