Chestnut Acres Apartments

me and my boyfriend LOVE it. super affordable compared to any of the other apartments we looked at in the northeast area. plenty of room for the two of us, super quiet, and in a good area. mary is super helpful and made sure we got everything we were looking for plus more! anytime we need maintenance they are here within minutes, and are super quick to take care of the problem. definitely recommend these!

Chestnut Acres is a wonderful place to call home. Management ensures that the units are well maintained and the grounds are as well. The current Manager, Ms. Lofties, is an excellent Property Manager. She is very knowledgeable, professional and helpful to the residents.

I lives here for three years. Didn't really have any issues and maintenance was usually on point. Two years in the water heater began leaking and they had it fixed within a few days. They changed the property manager though a few months ago and the new one is never in the office. The lady that responds to emails, calls and can occasionally be seen on the property is not the one I was introduced to by Mary, the former property manager so I am unsure what happened there. When I handed in my keys, again no one was in the office and I was requested to just set them in the mailslot. Overall it's an alright place to stay and affordable. Neighbors are nice, it's just hard to actually catch anyone in the office.

I've been here a month now, very nice apartment, after 16 years of climbing a steep staircase it's great to be in a ground floor apartment. I've made friends with two great dogs already! Pretty much soundproof walls, can't hear my neighbors. Good move!
