This is a very nice viewing area of the East Falls. The parking area is adequate and I didn't see any restrooms. The observation platform has a couple of different levels that allows you to get different views of the waterfall. It also has benches and a short trail that goes to the base of the waterfall. The trail is not maintained and has some parts that are potentially hazardous.

Beautiful area to stop by and enjoy your day with kids and family! Will recommend to my friends and family. There is only 7-10 minutes walk to waterfall. And there are 2 ways, one near the river - that one is not for stroller or wheelchair, a lot of steps, rocks walkways and hills where need a support for kids and older people. But other shorten top walkway is asphalt wide road, easy to find. There is a view point with wooden construction. Free of fees. But we feel marijuana smell around that area, be careful if you have an allergies.
