Run Down trailer park needs to remove older mobile homes. Force residents to do better upkeep. Skirting, painting and general landscaping.

I am a little mixed about Colony (Colonial) Oaks. They have nice trailers but not affordable for people to live ideally...paycheck to paycheck maybe 🤔. Rent or lot rent gets raised three to four times a year making it unaffordable for people who would like to start life here. Kiddos steal/break into the homes as if you would get no discipline for consequences. Animals run around as if people come here to drop them off in hopes that someone homes them, or people just doesn't care about their furbabies.. Some of the sewer grates are in desperate need of repairs because they are damaged. Depending on which part of the park you live in people have your back and pitch in.. The one thing that I don't like, how the park treats the people who rent.. Treat people equally.

Was a resident here for almost 20 years. I invested almost 100k in purchasing 2 homes here. Sickness caused me to get behind on lot rent and they were in the process of evicting me off the land. Yesterday the property manager gave the okay to a baliff to illegally break and enter into my house, before the legal writ date of the 21st. They put all my remaining packed items on the curb and we didn't know until we got there to move the rest of our stuff out. The court said they made a mistake, that the property manager gave the OK to do so. Irrelevant, as we had a writ date of the 21st and we had NOT informed the park we were out. We sustained terrible property loss as our belongings were sifted and stolen. They let us back in as their workers laughed at our situation. After a 20 year patronage this is unspeakable and extremely illegal. We will be pursuing legal action against the property manager, the workers, and the city baliff who said he "was sorry and made a mistake". They have NO pool. The grounds are kept like garbage, and they do NOT care about resident anything. I'm only sorry we didn't leave sooner.

Took my mom through looking for a home and she said no. There is no pool as stated in review. There was one home there that looked like Sanford & Sons and by the looks they have to be also living outside do to the way it looks.
