Living here now nearly 2 months. I have very nice neighbors. The pool is awesome. Everyone I've met so far, has been wonderful. I have a great amount of privacy where I am located in the Park. I love it!!
The manager Michelle went over and above to help me get into a place! The prices are reasonable and the park is nice and quiet with lots of things to do with a playground and a pool for the kids! I can't wait for my first summer here!
Been here about 2 months. Nice people in mgmt. Neighbors are just fine except for one that allows it's dog to shit in my yard on a weekly basis. That's the epitome of trash people. Lucky for them, I don't know who it is.... yet. One year and 2 months living here. Spoke to mgmt. You can see their reply. Same issue continues unabated weekly. So if you like having to deal with dog shit in your yard continually, this is your place.
Wish they had a club house with gym. Love living here. Great to get involved in my community. Fun events
The management makes sure the park is kept in excellent condition. Not a huge park. Nice neighbors, yearly free events.Not a lot of kids, quiet. love living here. Still getting used to Mobile home living. Alot of rules, but keeps the park nice/safe. Follow the rules they don't bother you bother. Highly recommend!
