I've lived here 30 years. It's a beautiful park, lake for fishing,, pool for swimming , picnic areas and basketball court. It is very safe, patrolled by police.

Pikewood manor is truly deserving of a 5 star rating. They maintain a beautiful community through and through. They offer workout classes, yoga classes, and other community building events. They keep up on landscaping and decorations for holidays, the pool stays clean and ready to use during pool season, and when a maintenance issue arises they are there for you that day. Their repairs are quick and done right the first time. It's also the safest community I've ever lived in. Honestly, i love living here and recommend it to anyone!

When we first moved into Pikewood Manor, it seemed like a promising place to live. There were community events, it was quiet, and we genuinely thought we’d enjoy our time here. That didn’t last long. The events stopped, the pool is never operational, and the office staff drags their feet about everything. They are not transparent, they don’t communicate, and they absolutely do not care about the residents. If you don’t fit into their box, you’ll be targeted. They love sending their canned automatic reply of: "Hello, thank you for your message. We strive to provide the best quality affordable housing and lifestyle for our residents…" Don’t fall for that. They don’t care. They never resolve issues, they make excuses, and they’re more worried about whatever kickbacks they’re receiving than the people actually living here. If you’re renting, be prepared: once your lease ends, they won’t offer renewal. Instead, they’ll just send you an eviction notice with zero warning. And when you ask why, all you’ll get is: “Oh, that was a corporate decision. They just send me a list and I have to send out the notices.” Completely unprofessional. Rent goes up, lot rent goes up, and the water bill is outrageous since the park took over billing. They will squeeze every dollar they can out of you. If you like to do anything fun, forget it. We bought electric scooters to save gas in the summer and only rode them out of the park, but management made it a huge problem. They amended the rules specifically to ban scooters. Preston’s ridiculous excuse was, “It’s because of the lithium batteries,” even though earlier he said both scooters and bikes were banned. Yet somehow certain people are still allowed to ride their electric bikes. The favoritism is unbelievable. Maintenance is an absolute joke. Nic especially has no clue what he’s doing. Our door was kicked in twice, and when the frame shifted in the winter, their solution was to remove the strike plate so the door would “shut”… even though you could push it open with no effort. We did not feel safe. Our air unit constantly had issues. I fell through our bathtub and it took three weeks for them to get a contractor out. Instead of replacing the tub like they should have, they patched it and threw in a support beam. The tub is still soft and unsafe to use. They micromanage grass cutting even in pouring rain. They ban anything enjoyable. They run this place more like a low-budget prison than a community. Everyone complains about this community, so much they made a Facebook group. Then you have grown adults reporting things to the office to get people on trouble for saying something online. Also forget about getting your security deposit back in a reasonable time. It will take months and countless phone calls. They’ll tell you, “It was sent out on ___ date,” but days, weeks, even a month will pass with nothing. Then when you call again, suddenly it’s, “Oh, we sent it to the wrong address.” It’s always something, and never their fault. And just click on their website: the amount of homes listed as “for sale” or sitting vacant (up for Rent) says it all. People who own their homes don’t even want to live here anymore. So many residents are putting their trailers up for sale just to get the hell out. That alone should be a huge red flag for anyone thinking about moving here. This place is going downhill fast. I ignored the bad reviews when I moved in, and I regret it. They weren’t lying. You will move in thinking it’s okay, and eventually you’ll absolutely hate it here. Save yourself the stress, money, and disappointment — look elsewhere.

A beautiful well kept community that will go the extra mile to assist. Austin in reception thank you for attending to my request immediately as well as Jessica for all your caring and help just moving into the community.

I understand there’s a lot of construction, but the roads, especially on the east end of wren are awful. Hopefully come spring they’ll all be taken care of. Other than that, I’m very happy where I am.
