Redwood Elyria

This winter we had SO much snow, but the Redwood Apartments crew stayed on top of it! I was very impressed with how our neighborhood was always cleaned up promptly after each snowfall! Good job!

Sherry is wonderful. Redwood is honestly beautiful and reminds me of my home. It’s quiet, the neighbors seems cool and there is soooo much closet space! Plus the 2 car garage? Love it.

My air conditioner wasn’t working, so I called the emergency line. Sherry from the leasing office even called to ensure that it would get taken care of this weekend instead of having to wait until Monday. Keith was here within the hour and had it fixed for me. He even brought my dog some treats, which she absolutely loved! Our maintenance team is always fast, efficient, and polite!

As a resident of nearly 20yrs my experience at Redwood Living was very good. I can’t speak highly enough of Sheri and her team. Any issue or concern was always addressed promptly and professionally. She was always very pleasant to deal with. I would like to extend a special thanks to Keith and the maintenance team. Any issues I ever had with the unit was resolved swiftly. Keith is just a joy to speak to. Always very helpful in any way he could be. My only issues were the parking availability and trash cans being inside the garage of an already compromised space. I would and have recommended Redwood Living as a good place to live.

So I had a leaking and bad door dishwasher. They seemed to have fixed the leaky issue but I’ve only run it once. It’s just a little jacked up. I am totally cool with “if it works I win” but redwood asked for my opinion so I’ll kindly give it. Cosmetics don’t matter to me but if they had left on the ticket (which I appreciate they left info that they had been in) “I know it’s a little jacked up but that’s what we had to do to fix it” I would have appreciated that.
