Do not sign a lease here please look somewhere else. I was going to classes at LCCC and thought this isn’t so bad. The bathroom was covered with mold. We had to bleach it and they ignored our concerns. There was an armed robbery in December of 2024. Where a mother and her kid were being held hostage in the apartments. And me being pregnant at the time and being with my partner. I felt so unsafe and uncomfortable living there. We had to break our lease. And we had to pay 5000$ just for our lease to end. And to get the hell out. She then sent more payments our way saying oh this oh that. Like she just wanted to grab some money off of us. I’m attaching photos of the mold. It was so disgusting and I’m glad we didn’t get to sick from it. It was everywhere from walls, ceilings, the grout from the tiles in the shower. We were only there from middle of July 2024 to December 2024. And when we got there it was so bad I had to bleach the hell out of it. It then died down then came back it is a lost cause. So furthermore don’t sign a lease. The apartment you tour here is not the one you get. The apartment you get gets a landlord special with renovations. Like the ones you see on TikTok lol. (The painting over the light switches because they are too lazy to take them off type stuff) anyways do not sign a lease here!

Update* 3 Months later and the trash issue here is still horrendous and not taken care of. No one wants any infestations or bugs spreading all over. Or to even look out the window and see a 7 to 8ft tall mound of trash.. I really hope this place gets cleaned up... I continue to see the dumpsters full and piled high with belongings not even in bags! All kinds of sofas, beds, mattress after mattress ect. placed inside and outside of the dumpsters continuously for 3 to 4 weeks now if not longer.. After seeing the last review of them having issues with bedbugs and roaches I'm horrified that this stuff is going to spread throughout the neighborhood.. I hope the new manager was made aware of these issues and is making sure everything is treated and properly inspected before just throwing it out in the dumpsters to spread.

DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE! (1) I’ll start off with the fact that my move in day I couldn’t move in because the unit was absolutely disgusting along with multiple things still needing fixed. (2) Three months into living here I started seeing roaches in my kitchen. I asked for months on end that both neighboring units be treated as I believed they were coming from the neighbor to my right. It got to the extent that I had to call the health department to put some urgency on the situation. Ironically the day the neighbor to my right moved out I stopped seeing them. I asked other neighboring units & they said they’ve had roaches, bed bugs & mice problems in the past. (3) In August of 2024 an active tenant tried to do a robbery & shot the entire apartment complex up. Everything was caught on camera & the tenant was not evicted which was a concern for everyone’s safety. Tenant still resides there. (4) When my lease was coming to an end Tara gave me a non renewal form with no explanation. I wasn’t planning on renewing a lease anyways but the market was terrible and I needed to go month to month which was discussed with tara. At the time management was changing and very unorganized, they illegally rented out my unit without my knowledge and told me last minute that I needed to be out by the end of the month or they were evicting me. I requested to have until the morning of the 2nd to ensure my unit was cleaned before vacating & I was told they won’t do that for me without filing for an eviction because they needed the unit ready for the next tenant. Funny because they didn’t care about the unit being ready for me upon move in...This place is the definition of a slumlord company. I would never in a million years recommend anyone signing a lease here.

The place is not the same. We had an Amazing manager her name is Tara.As a manager she was polite & care about tenants & their needs . Unfortunately I heard that the company fired her. What a shame . She care about ythe tenants always greeted us with a smile. Now everything went to the dumps. She had lots of plans for the community. We need someone like her.

I feel safe at my home, They make sure the outside of the buildings are clean .There are rules which is good so the community to function well. Great management. They also make sure the tenants follow rules. Also my neighbors next door too me are not problematic and they are mostly quiet. That is important for my piece of mind too. That's all have a great rest of your week and weekend.
