My son and I are big fans of this park for a lot of reasons. The best part for parents is the variety in playground equipment. I started taking my kid here when he was only about a year old, and there was stuff there for him to do even at that age. The two play sets near the parking lot are definitely geared toward younger ages—one more for young toddlers, and the other for older toddlers transitioning into around kindergarten age. They also have play areas that accessible for children with disabilities. My son is currently 3.5 and only now taking some interest in the large, wooden playground area. Every time I’m there it’s very popular with the school aged kids as there is a lot to do. We always leave with splinters, but that’s just expected to some extend. Other perks—it’s cleanly, there are pavilions, there are open spaces of grass for running, and it’s relatively distant from busy roadways. Overall, excellent park and playground.

Love the pool. I went on a Sunday for the first time and it wasn’t overcrowded. There’s a splash pad area that stays in use during pool breaks. It’s free 3 and under. The playground is connected through the parking lot making it very easy to utilize both the pool and park in one visit. There’s a decent amount of grass space for families to sit on with their blankets. The lifeguards were alert, but relaxed allowing the kids to have fun and exercising safety precautions as needed. I already went back again and made it our pool.

Nice large park for the kids. The wooden part has a lot of neat spots for the kids to roam and play. Definitely worth checking out if you haven't been there before.

Plenty to do and very family friendly. Very large playground for kids. On rare occasions however the playground area can get a bit over crowded even despite its large size. The entire play area is wooded, and is showing signs of aging. A days worth of maintenance and care could go a long way to restoring some of the activities at the playground. It is still well worth the visit if you have children looking for a large play area.
