Very nice country park just minutes out side of town. Also a great place to see plane coming and going from the airport 🛫

Came here to play their Disc Golf Course and found that this is a very nice park. Lots of woods with trails, playgrounds, shelters, and a nice lake. Saw people, putting in kayaks and some fishing. Looks like they have a beach area where you can swim too. Says you have to pay, but was free the day I came. Nice place for a little adventure or picnic.

Lots of places to relax or walk around. The dog park was beautiful but full of tripping hazards, just be aware :) the plants and animals were interesting and fun to look at. And the lake was stunning! If you’re worried about safety, i know that I felt very safe the whole time. However, as always, stay safe and aware of your surroundings!

Had a great time at Chris Green Lake… we went on a small hike while we wait on White Rock Trail which is stroller friendly (I wouldn’t use an umbrella stroller. Suggest one with bigger wheels. And go to the left trail as if you are going to dog park it will be less of an incline. The beach was enjoyable as well. Little gravelly but that is expected due to it’s been raining so much. I do love they have did some additions to beach. Planted trees, put umbrellas and a play set for kids. Definitely better from when we were kids.

Our family has many great memories at Chris Greene Lake. Including our latest event, our son's Eagle Scout Court of Honor. We reserved a pavilion for the event. When the pavilion was paid for it was not shared that our guests would be charged an entrance fee to attend. I would have prepaid for the guests if I had been made aware. Unfortunately, this put a bit of a damper on the event after all the wonderful memories of scout activities and service projects at Chris Greene.
