Come experience a Veterans Memorial that will give you Goosebumps! The detailed information on the local veterans really is informative! Cesar Chavez served in the war effort before he became active in labor laws for immigrant farm workers. There are grills to barbecue and there are plenty of picnic tables with shade! Also there a great grass area to play ball with the kids. The park also hosts a lot of events for Coachella. Located at 5th and Vine, where the bus transfer stop is. Bathrooms are open and there is also a small play area for the kids. The views are spectacular of the surrounding hills!

Beautiful place to walk around or sit and relax.

This park would be nice besides the gamblers peeing on the corner of the restrooms next to the women’s because the restrooms are locked. It smells like pee and defeats the purpose of honoring veterans and their families.
