Come experience a Veterans Memorial that will give you Goosebumps! The detailed information on the local veterans really is informative! Cesar Chavez served in the war effort before he became active in labor laws for immigrant farm workers. There are grills to barbecue and there are plenty of picnic tables with shade! Also there a great grass area to play ball with the kids. The park also hosts a lot of events for Coachella. Located at 5th and Vine, where the bus transfer stop is. Bathrooms are open and there is also a small play area for the kids. The views are spectacular of the surrounding hills!

This is a great park that has lots of options available. Baseball fields, basketball courts, tennis courts, swimming pool, playground. Public restrooms are maintained too. It's a safe park to spend the day at.

Beautiful and clean park. Great for visitors to walk, jog, and bike around the large, well-maintained soccer field. I went to use one of two basketball courts there one morning on a weekend getaway, and it was quiet even with a few others exercising around the park. The basketball court has chain nets though, so be careful with any nice basketballs because it can damage the skin on it. Lots of picnic tables and parking. When I left, I saw a large party celebrating under a covered area. The soccer field is huge and sprinklers were on in the morning to prep for game day.
