What dog owners are saying

So glad this park is officially open! Very nice covered structure with lots of activities. It is designed for ages 5 to 12 but my almost 4-year-old grandson navigated everything just fine. There is a nice grassy area next to it and there are lots of places to sit, including tables that are covered. It's a great new little park just opening in September of 2022!
Read more about Delano Manongs ParkAlum Rock Park is a fantastic, family-friendly destination, perfect for picnics and day hikes. The park features beautiful, well-maintained trails suitable for kids, offering stunning views of nature. There are designated picnic areas that are perfect for setting up a blanket and enjoying a meal amidst the scenery. With multiple trails to choose from, you can easily tailor your adventure to your family's skill level and interests. Whether you prefer a leisurely stroll or a more challenging hike, Alum Rock Park has something for everyone. Overall, if you're searching for a beautiful, kid-friendly outing with plenty of options for recreation and relaxation, Alum Rock Park is definitely worth a visit!
Read more about Alum Rock ParkHad a really nice morning hike here with my uncle! It’s a relatively easy trail with several rest areas and optional detours if you’re up for more of a challenge. We were lucky to have perfect weather and only a few people around when we went. The views were lovely too! Such a great outdoor activity option in the area.
Read more about Almaden Quicksilver County ParkLooking for a great place to take the road less traveled? Try this park, it is fantastic. Plenty of sandy trails to take a casual walk or jog and no bicycles are allowed. Look at the map photo for the relative size and circular walking paths. The reason is that there are several medium-sized mounds with either stairs or a sand-covered trail. Please note that climbing the wooden stairs in the photo is safer than descending. Dogs are welcome; restrooms and picnic tables are near the entrance gate, and there is limited parking at no charge. If crowded, you can find nearby parking on the neighboring streets.
