I’ve been here 6 times with my medium sized dog at varying times of day and here are my thoughts: Pros: enclosed, amenities (water, bags, benches, some shade), small dog and big dog sides, parking Cons: dirty (uncleaned dog messes, lots of pistachio shell), reactive/aggressive big dogs with inattentive owners Owners and aggressive dogs: I’ve met friendly people and dogs here but I’ve also met pretty unfriendly people and dogs. I went right after sunrise once and it was empty and I had no issues, but the other 5 times it looked like this: one or more large, poorly trained, reactive and aggressive dog(s) run(s) around growling and snapping at other dogs while the owner(s) sit and scroll on their phone/chat for an hour or more. When my dog got attacked once, the owner didn’t notice and someone else helped me separate the dogs. Timing: I‘ve been at 6:30 am, 7:45 am, 11am/noon, 3:30 pm, and 6/7 pm. Best experience was early in the morning. Overall, I’d still come back but would just used the small dog side.
