Beautiful park. I took my dog to the “large” dog park. It’s a big fenced space with a few trees and some shade. Note nearly the entire park is on a steep to moderate slope and the entrance is at the top of the hill, so if you want to walk around be prepared to hike down a decent hillside. You can avoid the steepest parts of the hill if you keep to the fence and walk the perimeter. We had a great time stretching our legs and chatting with some locals on our drive through.

Medium sized gated area. Nice agility equipment here. But I only give it 1 star because 1. no one cleans up after their fur babies so LOTS of poop everywhere, 2. No water turnedon for the dogs.

We had a great day at the park. It's very close to the house and it's the first time we went disc golfing as a whole family. We were hoping it would be easy to get a stroller up and down through the course, although expecting it wouldn't, honestly it wasn't. If you have a good off-road stroller you should be fine. He wasn't in it the whole time so it made it a lot easier to drag it up and down. The park itself is beautiful. It offers baseball and softball fields, tennis courts that look brand new, a dog park, and an agility training area sponsored by the local K-9 police. The only thing that could improve it is the signage for the disc golf course. It's very difficult to figure out which trail leads to the next hole. We spent most of our time lost but the course was fun. We will definitely be back. There's a great black top path around most of the whole park, just not in the woods.

I always have a great experience at Cornelius Road Park. The facilities are clean, the dog park was well maintained, and there’s always something fun for my grandkids to do. They also host events there, which makes each visit even more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a wonderful place for the whole family.

Large park. Both the small dog side and large dog side are clean, have supplies, including water and clean up bags, and a little pavilion for shade and to set your things down. There are also benches inside the transition area between the two gates at the entrance. It was bitterly cold with wind, so we were the only ones there. Lots of room to throw the balls and frisbee, and they even have a little supply exchange box for you to make donations or trade small supplies like puppy pads, or even collars and leashes. My Little Sheba gave it 4 paws on the ground, and one tail wagging (5 stars).
